Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model actress TV host, entrepreneur and recording artist has been awarded numerous accolades during her career. These include two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. She has also been recognized for her two Gawad Urian Awards and 8 PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis was in the roles of Hiram Kampanerang in the films (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2007) Green Rose (2011) as well as Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). She played the cult Komiks character Dyesebel in the Mars Ravelo show Dyesebel. Other roles she has held include hosting the popular midday show It's Showtime from 2009-2020. Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa The year 2008 Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw 2013. She portrayed Dyesebel as the eminent Komiks character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. Additionally, she was host of the show's variety program It's Showtime at noon (2009-2010) Curtis was born to Carmencita Ojales from Bolinao Pangasinan in Australia as well as James Ernest Curtis Smith an Australian lawyer, was born on the 25th of July 1970, in Yarrawonga. Her father, James Ernest Curtis-Smith, married Ojales back in 1982. The younger sister Jasmine was also an actor. On their father's side they had a half-sister named Clare who passed away in 2007 of a cardiovascular disease at the age of four months.
